Les Larrets Blanc
2019
- Description of the appellation
The first mention of Morey dates back to 1120, as a place of refuge for the Cîteaux monks in the 14th century who likely owned many vineyards, and even a winery as early as 1306. The appellation extends from Chambolle-Musigny to Gevrey-Chambertin and covers approximately 148 hectares, composed of 80% red wines.
- Geological profile
This wine is composed of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Beurrot and 25% Pinot Blanc. The parcel is located at the top of the hillside, above the Grand Cru Clos des Lambrays. The terroir is very stony and chalky.
