Description of the appellation: Chambolle takes its name from the bubbling aspect of the Grône stream. It was in 1878 that the name of the village was added to the name of its best Cru Musigny. This AOC exists only for red wines and has a total area of 182 hectares. Sentiers simply indicates the presence of pathways. There are three intersections of pathways around the perimeter of the climat.

Geological profile: The vines are located on a pathway that leads to the Clos de Vougeot. Only the Route des Grands Crus separates them from the Bonnes-Mares, at the border of Chambolle and Morey. The vines are planted on a fairly deep clay soil.

Vinification & Aging: Our vines are cultivated in strict compliance with the principles of organic farming. The winemaking process involves aging in a combination of terra cotta and wood.

Food & Wine Pairing: This wine will beautifully accompany your white meats such as poultry, veal, and sweetbreads.
